Kensington has begun using email as its primary form of communication with patients. Please ensure we have your email address on file to receive appointment reminders and specialist appointment times.
Kensington has also changed its policy regarding appointment confirmations. You are no longer required to confirm your appointment with us. Instead, your appointment is considered confirmed when it is booked. We will send a courtesy reminder 72 hours in advance via email or phone. If you can not make your appointment, you must change or cancel it 24 hours in advance, otherwise no show fees will be applied.
